We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on digital products. All sales are final.
All of our downloads have been tested to be working, and the quality is audible. You may listen to previews on many of our products to ensure that the audio quality meets your needs.
If you live in an area where your internet connectivity has prevented you from downloading or viewing a streaming video you’ve purchased, please email us at [email protected]. In most cases we can get you recordings of what you’ve missed, and we’ll do our best to work with you to find an amicable solution.
Discounts
Discount coupons must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after the fact. Make sure your coupon has been applied before checking out. If you are having trouble, please email support at [email protected] before completing your purchase.

What if I have already purchased webinars included in the “Bonus Material” for a course?
Some courses contain “bonus” material in the form of a webinar or audio recording from our archives. We include this material to supplement the material taught in the course and offer it at no additional charge.
If you have purchased any of the bonus material previously we aren’t able to offer a refund as this material is not part of the material you’re officially paying for in that course. You’re paying for the main course material, and any bonuses are just that.
