Come and join Mark at his home in beautiful South Wales for a 5 day immersion in natal chart interpretation.
After a week of practicing reading charts you will have gained valuable insight, experience and most importantly confidence to carry you forward in your astrological practice.
Mark will take you through some basic to advanced considerations in chart analysis that build upon a foundation of some often overlooked but powerful principles, including:
- the shape of the chart – hemisphere / quadrant analysis and chart patterns that often emphasize a particular quality of life experience;
- elemental balance;
- the significance of the planetary levels – the lights, inner planets, social planets and outer planets (we will touch upon these levels of planetary involvement in the movement picture too);
- the lights as the basis for the power of the lunar nodes;
- the nature of aspects with particular focus on the power of the fourth harmonic (conjunctions, squares and oppositions) to shape the architecture of the chart;
- the power of rulership to illuminate apparently empty areas of the chart….and more.
This intensive immersion in natal chart analysis will combine detailed morning teachings followed by afternoons of practice, using both example and participant natal charts. You’ll be part of a small group meeting in Mark’s library, adjacent to Marks home. Each class day includes a delicious buffet lunch and we can cater to all dietary needs.
The five day format will comprise teaching and chart analysis for day 1 and 2. On the third day we will explore the local attractions as a group day trip and enjoy a leisurely meal together at top local restaurant (cost not included in Masterclass price). We return to our teaching and practice format for days 4 and 5.

Registration covers the full workshop and includes lunch on all teaching days at the premises. There is no additional fee for the group day trip, though food and drink on that day are at your own expense. Lodging is not included. Please book your accommodation well in advance. A list of recommended lodging options is available in your welcome letter, which you can download from your account upon purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: All registration payments made are non-refundable after February 1st 2027. Students who are forced to cancel after this date will receive high-quality video recordings made at the event in addition to the slides used. Your registration fees are fully refundable if WE cancel the retreat for any reason. If you request a refund before February 1st we will refund your registration less a $250 administrative/processing fee.
